Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college diploma. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished 3rd during the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with her result. Ariel had to compete against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. It is common to warm up first, followed by the actual workout. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. The way she achieves this is through supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
